The Head of Search will be responsible for leading and developing a team of search consultants and researchers. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering sales within retained accounts to achieve both team and personal revenue targets
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for developing and executing a new business development strategy of standalone retained search business
- Responsible for the achievement of monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Lead the delivery of all retained solutions across all existing RPO clients
- Work to a structured search-based methodology including timescales, deliverables and associated reporting
- Recruit, lead, mentor and develop a team consisting consultants and research capability
- Responsible for the NBD strategy from both new and existing account
- Work with Sales & Marketing to ensure a structured “go to market” plan is within place
In order to be considered for the position of Head of Search, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience within Recruitment/Executive Search
- Practised in search based methodology
- Track record in developing new business within the Recruitment industry
- Network of Senior and C Level executives
- Flexible approach to work and travel
