Head of Search

BPS World is a resourcing specialist with a difference. We believe in rethinking the world of resourcing to deliver a best in class service for our clients and candidates. We are expanding and as a result we have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Search to join the team based in Maidenhead.

The Head of Search will be responsible for leading and developing a team of search consultants and researchers. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering sales within retained accounts to achieve both team and personal revenue targets

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a new business development strategy of standalone retained search business
  • Responsible for the achievement of monthly / quarterly revenue targets
  • Lead the delivery of all retained solutions across all existing RPO clients
  • Work to a structured search-based methodology including timescales, deliverables and associated reporting
  • Recruit, lead, mentor and develop a team consisting consultants and research capability
  • Responsible for the NBD strategy from both new and existing account
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to ensure a structured “go to market” plan is within place                                          

In order to be considered for the position of Head of Search, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience within Recruitment/Executive Search
  • Practised in search based methodology
  • Track record in developing new business within the Recruitment industry
  • Network of Senior and C Level executives
  • Flexible approach to work and travel
