We are currently expanding our recruitment team and seeking an IT/Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Maidenhead. We have been nominated for the “REC best company to work for” for three years in a row and we are in an exciting position of recruiting new hires to meet our growth targets. If so, this could be the perfect next step for you!As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working on one of our large RPO accounts with a focus on delivery for IT/Technical requirements. We are simply looking for a passionate Recruiter with a successful, proven track record in managing the candidate full candidate process.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experience:
- Background and experience in delivering on IT and Technical vacancies
- A proven track record of meeting KPI’s and working towards daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Team player and ability to contribute towards a team target
- A committed individual with a key focus on delivery
- Flexible attitude to work and travel
- Excellent organisational skills
