It's important to give back

It's important to give back to the community, especially the younger generation. For me, there's no better way to do it than with football!

The Football Focus Academy coaches children aged 5-12 years old, helping them with their technique and of course, giving them a chance to do what they love. Football is something that I'm very passionate about myself and it means a lot to know that by coaching and working with local children, I'm helping them to develop a passion for the sport too.

It's rewarding for me as I get to give back to the community and I'm having a positive influence on the younger generation. Working with them gives me the chance to pass on my expertise, allowing them to improve their own ability. 

As well as the technical side, just seeing how happy football can make them is rewarding enough - all troubles are forgotten on the pitch!
