Working at M+W Group
BPS are M+W Group's recruitment partner and are based on site alongside the HR team. Kelly supports our on site partners from their office in Maidenhead and was my first point of contact at BPS when I expressed an interest in working for the M+W Group. She matched my level of enthusiasm and was able to share a good level of knowledge about the company to heighten my interest in learning more.
Now, in my role as Head of HR for M+W Group, I have worked with Kelly and her team at BPS for nearly 2 years and we have recruited over 200 people during that time.
