Would you like to be a Recruitment Account Manager?

My name is Chanel White and I am a Recruitment Account Manager, having being promoted to this role after undertaking a recruitment apprenticeship.

This has been an exciting challenge with the biggest change being I am now tasked with developing a further understanding into the strategic side of recruitment. This has included working in even closer harmony with our clients and building deeper relationships.

Here at BPS World, one of our core specialisms is Engineering and I have been on-site to visit our clients, which has been a fascinating experience to see their projects up close. Being on-site also allowed me to meet candidates that I placed and seeing them thrive in the flesh provided me with an immense sense of pride.

The next step on my recruitment journey is to become a fully-fledged Account Manager, taking on more responsibility, enhancing our service levels to clients whilst developing a full understanding of the holistic end-to-end recruitment process.
