HR Excellence Awards Finalists

BPS World are proud to be finalists in the HR Excellence Award for Best Learning and Development Strategy for our Stars Programme.

The nomination marks the on-going success of the programme and it is a personal achievement for everyone in the organisation as we are all participants of it.

The Stars programme is a three tier Learning and Development programme focussing on developing team members from apprentice level to director level with clearly defined career pathways which are supported by a Learning and Development programme.

As one of the first recruitment companies to offer a recruitment apprenticeship we created the entry level Rising Stars section of the programme. This has been incredibly successful for us.  In March the company was awarded the Apprenticeship4England Gold award for "Best Apprenticeship Programme in England" and won the REC "Best Recruitment Apprentice of the Year" award in December 2016 where we were also finalists in the  "Best Company to Work For" and "Business Manager of the Year" categories.

We must credit the Stars Programme for providing a fully rounded approach to learning and development and setting standards for the recruitment industry to maintain. The real success of the programme is that it is constantly evolving and improving, always staying current with what is happening in the industry and listening to feedback to improve personal and professional development.
