Bradley started his recruitment apprenticeship on BPS World’s Rising Stars programme in January 2015.

The programme is designed to take people with no prior experience in recruitment through a 12 month learning period. After this time they receive a nationally recognised qualification, the REC Level 2 Certification in Recruitment Resourcing and then are considered for other opportunities in the organisation.

"The experience I gained from being a part of the BPS program was invaluable in winning my award, with the program's structure; I was able to receive guidance and support to harnessing my skills in recruitment" (Bradley Carton, Resourcer)

The Learning and Development Culture we have established at BPS World develops transferrable skills across all areas of the business.  We teach all aspects of resourcing from the core skills needed to be a recruiter through to finance, marketing, Business Intelligence, database management and IT.  We believe the experience gained from this fully rounded approach is hugely beneficial when starting a career.  At the end the of the first year our apprentices have an incredibly comprehensive knowledge base to progress from

"The whole BPS organisation is very proud of what Bradley has achieved and it is great to see our investment in him and the other BPS Apprentices being recognised at a national level. Bradley is a true Rising Star and we look forward to you driving our business in the years to come’" (Rachael Allen, Head of People and Culture)
