We are expanding our team in Boca Raton and recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join the team. As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing relationships with new prospects with the ultimate goal of securing meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- In conjunction with the BDD and Head of Marketing develop a prospect list and go to market strategy
- Identify and contact new clients
- Utilize the sales toolkit to arrange and secure introduction sales meetings (Skype, telephone and face to face)
- Social Media Management – Facebook & Twitter
- Digital Marketing – Email Campaigns
- Build a sales pipeline using the existing database, incoming inquiries and by canvassing known business relationships
- Build and deliver on the existing sales strategy in conjunction with the BDD
- Deliver alongside the marketing team industry specific lead generation campaigns
If you would like to be considered for the position of Business Development Executive, you will need the following skills and experience:
- A background in recruitment with a proven track record of recruitment sales
- Experience of setting new business meetings.
- A strategist with a clear understanding of recruitment and retention best practice
- Ability to consult with HR professionals on the resourcing agenda
- Confidence in liaising and operating at ‘C’ level
- Ability to discuss the attributes and failings of the recruitment industry, articulate what actions lead to what results and be able to present simple solutions to complex issues
- A passion and a high level of enthusiasm for the recruitment industry as well as a desire for continuous improvement
