We are currently expanding our office in Boca Raton and seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for new business development and recruitment delivery within the Technical/IT industry.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Achieve a monthly / quarterly revenue target
- Adhere to business KPI’s for recruitment outputs
- Write and advertise jobs
- Source, interview and select candidates
- Use structured closing and pre-closing methods to control the recruitment process
- Follow a structured recruitment methodology
- Maintain adherence to legislative procedures at all times
- Research and network organizations
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling prospective and existing clients
- Attend client meetings
- Mentor and train junior staff members where appropriate
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experience;
- Proven track record in recruitment business development
- Strong background in delivering to technical/IT recruitment requirements
- A proven track record of meeting KPI’s and working towards daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Fluent in Spanish would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
