As a senior recruitment consultant, my area of expertise is “Recruit” and specifically on the delivery aspect of the recruitment solutions. BPS World operate a model that is based on achieving a solid understanding of our clients’ needs within their specific market.

We have a strong learning and development culture within the company and this is designed to allow the delivery teams to support clients and provide value added consultancy.

This begins with our account management teams, who work diligently in tandem with our clients on site to gain an objective view of and insight to their recruitment strategy. This activity provides invaluable market knowledge gathered from the delivery teams as well as driving the recruitment process, conducting interviews, benchmarking and assisting hiring managers in decision making to allow them to grow their teams to achieve their strategic and project goals.

The account managers are supported by our delivery teams each of which has a dedicated team leader. The role of the team leader is to act as the conduit between the account managers and the consultants and resourcers, distributing workload, providing support, coaching and guidance and ensuring that the best available talent is provided in a timely and efficient manner.  The consultants and resourcers within each team are provided with practical and regular coaching and development to enable them to fulfil their true potential and ensure that they represent their client’s in an informed and professional manner.

We believe this model allows us to provide best practice delivery to our clients, which in an often-challenging market is key to both their and our success. It is an integral part of our Total Talent Management process.
